Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, optionally, email — only what's needed to process and deliver your order.
Order & form information. When you place an order, write a product review, or send a message through our contact form, we collect the details you provide (name, phone number, city, delivery address and order items). This information is delivered to our team by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form relay service, and via WhatsApp when you order through chat.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
Data stored on your device. Your shopping cart and wishlist are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) — this data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to confirm, process, deliver and support your order. We may contact you on WhatsApp regarding your order.
Sharing
We share delivery details only with our courier partners to fulfil your order. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Order details pass through FormSubmit (form-to-email relay) and WhatsApp (Meta) to reach our team, and we share your delivery details with courier partners solely to deliver your parcel. We never sell your personal information.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary for orders and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or email.
