The terms that apply when you shop with Cheenas.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance on WhatsApp. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Orders can be placed two ways: directly on the website using Place Order Now (your order is sent to our team with an order reference such as CH-123456, and we contact you to confirm), or via WhatsApp checkout. An order is confirmed once our team verifies it with you. Prices may vary by size or variant as shown on each product page, and items marked out of stock cannot be ordered until restocked.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash and Easypaisa. For prepaid methods, account details are shared on WhatsApp.

We accept: Cash on Delivery (pay in cash when your parcel arrives), bank transfer from any Pakistani bank — including transfer after your parcel is delivered, with account details shared on WhatsApp — plus JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer after delivery works like Cash on Delivery: receive and check your parcel first, then transfer the amount.
