How Cheenas ships across Pakistan and how returns work.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan — Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and beyond — through trusted courier partners.
Dispatch & delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days for major cities and a little longer for remote areas. We share tracking on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on qualifying orders across Pakistan. Any applicable charges are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery
Available nationwide. You pay in cash only when the parcel reaches your doorstep. Prefer bank transfer? You can also pay by transfer from any Pakistani bank after your parcel arrives — we share account details on WhatsApp.
Returns & exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method or JazzCash/Easypaisa, typically within 5–7 working days.
